Super delegates Democratic party

Hit the link for a list of the super delegates of the Democratic party with their pledges.

What a joke. Each super delegate at present has the voting power of about 10,000 ordinary voters and will seat about 20% of the delegates at the Democratic Party convention. Three of the names stand out like a sore thumb. Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton (pledged to Clinton) and Barack Obama (pledged to Obama). Other notables are Jimmy Carter, Howard Dean, Al Gore, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, John Murtha Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid. This process is supposed to be more democratic by taking power away from the party leaders. What a farce.
